• Collecting blood samples from patients with certain criteria.
• Practicing infection control standards at all times when working with patients
and equipment.

Anatomic Pathology Department Duties
• Examining all samples as requested.
• Routine work: processing samples including grossing, embedding, staining,
sectioning.
• Observing high health and safety standards.
• Collecting fine needle aspiration (FNA) sample once required.
• Observing gross examination and provide anatomical pathology services as
needed.
• Ensuring the proper handling of all samples.
• Participating in training and teaching of medical interns.
• Working collaboratively with other physicians and lab staff.
Worked as a laboratory specialist in Microbiology department at Bugshan hospital, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Job Responsibilities:
• Performing bacterial cultures, recording and analysing.
• Interpreting findings and inform related departments.
