Responsibilities:
-Managing, leading and guiding a multi cultural team to achieving corporate objectives.
-Maintain and develop relationships with Key Account spanning Food & Beverage, retail, HORECA, Spa’s,
Gyms and Entertainment such as Theme parks etc.
-Using our Global CRM system (Salesforce) to update relevant merchant information
-Responding to and following up sales enquiries from merchants.
-Monitoring and reporting market and competitor activities and providing relevant reports and
information to management.
-Negotiating merchant contracts and pricing.
-Regularly building database and signing in Merchants of business categories being the top KPI.
-Attending training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
-Handling customer service cell for the territory single handedly, reacting within 24 hours across the
board.
-Preparing a variety of status reports and submitting Balance Score Card on weekly basis.
-Account management of ABC merchants.
-Building institutional sales with B2B customers and companies
Handling the distributor & direct network.
Accountable for market development & appointing new distributers.
Accountable for sales target of entire traditional trade, key account
Accountable for debt collection of the area and to ensure that there should not be any over dues
Draw strategies for the business development of the area.
Managing a team of five sales representatives, three warehouse members, two service center engineers, one accountant and three sales officers at company’s showroom
Managing the business of three hundred distributers across the region
Accountable for roll out and achievement of annual operational plan to the sales & service team
Sales and stock forecasting for the area
Accountable for all marketing and brand promotional activities in the area
Secondary market management
Accountable for depot operations
Work on the development of the delegates and a plan of action to them and work on the division of the market in a manner to facilitate their work and monitor and evaluate their performance and work to open new outlets selling and the establishment and reporting of work to manage sales
Work on the marketing and sale of the product and its development and opening of new outlets selling and increase the market share of the product
Organize and manage the administrative matters of employees' work and evaluate their performance
Audit and the preparation of trial balance and balance sheet
