Acts as Hospital Information System Users Administrator to manage the user profile identification, maintain end-user roles and functions based on the job assigned.
Train newly hired employees on HIS and orient them on the available systems and IT services.
Provide support and assistance for the help desk.
Participate in project’s lifecycle by preparing plans, various reports, presentations and correspondences, arranging meetings, tracking the resolution and closure of actions, archiving and maintaining the project's documents.
Acts as a Performance Management System Coordinator.
Acts as a Quality Improvement Coordinator.
Assist auditors and external parties to assess quality assurance practices in IT department.
Develop, control and implement policies, procedures, plans for IT department operations and contingency plans.
Develop, control and update risks assessment and mitigation plan.
Responsible on indicator development, data collection and analysis for the department and to measure the performance of the function, process, and outcome.
Assemble administrative data and prepare the operating budget, periodic presentations, special reports, manuals and correspondences.
