deliver service to customers at the airport terminal, and helping create a stress free environment for customers whilst travelling. Ensure Premium Passengers receive total quality service and staffs adhere to safety policy and security standards of the company. Responsibilities include such as Flight Editing, Check-in, Transfers, and Boarding etc, in order to ensure a high service standard.
Conducts constant rounds in the Terminals & in Landside, follow up on all matters of the airport utilities maintenance, passengers facilities, do whatever necessary when defected in coordination with the concerned sections, report on such defects
- Observes and monitors all the subcontractors services and the general services that are provided to the customer
- Take action to prevent or avoid problems from taking place in terms of capacity, warning the TLM & ADM of a possible difficult situation
- Solves the problems and report to the higher level the problems exceeding
