Main role;

Job description;
Executive Role:
• As a member of the management team contribute towards formulation and implementation of operational plans that enable achievement of Company’s overall business plans. Develop and find approval for Sales and Marketing plans in support of achieving the Company’s overall business plans.
Leadership and Motivation:
• Managing the Sales and Marketing teams, providing leadership, encouraging teamwork and directing the teams in order to achieve consistent and high-quality performance and staff pride in execution of tasks.
Coordination of Sales & Marketing:
• Coordinating the functioning of the Sales and Marketing teams in order to maximize synergies and support achievement of business plans and targets.
Sales Forecast:
• Providing sales forecasts for development of production plans based on market demands and works in close coordination with the production team ensuring that plans are realistic and based on the plant capacity.
Budgets:
• Preparing the annual budgets in own area of responsibility, ensuring that adequate funding provisions are made for all activities and monitors expenditure to ensure budgets are utilized in the most effective and efficient manner and are within approved levels.
Sales Strategy:
• Developing and executing all aspects of sales strategy including pricing, product mix, merchandising, channel development, distribution etc. to ensure achievement of top line and bottom-line sales targets and growth.
Distributor Management:
• Discuss and approve all the support from the distributor management to ensure the necessary processes including customer credit limits, over dues, stock allocations, and sales force requirements are in place.
Sales Collections:
• Responsible for operation of sales collection, monitoring collection activities closely and ensure adherence to Company credit policy in order to meet collection targets and minimizing bad debts.
Team Building:
• Recruit, develop and motivate personnel with the specific objectives of increasing departmental expertise and ensuring that potential for advancement is identified and necessary training is provided.
