Project Description: Green Riyadh Program is a massive urban greening initiative under Saudi Vision 2030. The Portfolio comprises of around 250 contracts, consisting of projects related to Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Facilities Management, and consultancy services related to Portfolio, Program, PMO, PMIS, Operations & other specialized areas.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for Strategizing, Planning, Developing, Training, Implementing, Monitoring, and Continual
Improvement of Green Riyadh Quality and Program Management Systems. The management systems cover all entities including Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Facilities Management, Water Management, Tree Management, Project Controls, Finance, Strategy, Quality, Community Engagement, PMO, CMO, FMO, WMO, TMO, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors and others.


ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS

1. Quality Strategy & Leadership:
- Set the direction and strategy for the establishment of Green Riyadh
Quality Management Systems using Plan-Do-Check-Act model.

2. Quality & Program Management System
- Led the development of Policies, Plans, Procedures, Processes, Guidelines focused on program and business needs. The management system documents cover all areas like Initiation, Planning, Execution, Change Control, Lessons Learnt, Handover & Closeout, Design Management, Value Engineering, Stakeholder Management, Procurement, Project Controls, Finance, Document Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management and various others.
- Established quality program requirements for Consultants and
Contractors.

3. Governance Framework
- Established Program Management and Governance Structures based on definition of Organizational Structures, Roles & Responsibilities, RACI Matrix, Objectives & KPIs, Reporting, Communication and Issues Management.

4. PMIS
- Provided leadership and guidance to the establishment and configuration of workflows on Program Management Information System based on Primavera Unifier.

5. Quality Leaders Program
- Launched a Quality Leaders Program. The Program includes running a team of Quality Leaders from various disciplines, mentoring, and developing them to take the Quality program forward within their own areas of activity.

6. Training & Awareness
- Established a ‘Trainings and Awareness Program’. Delivered trainings as per program needs on Program, Project, & Quality Management areas. Core Leadership Team from the various entities within the program benefitted from the trainings.

7. Site Quality Leadership
- Led the Program Quality team in establishing QAQC processes and
workflows for site level activities including Work Inspections, Material Inspections, Material & Shop Drawing Submittals, Observations and Non Conformances, Lessons Learnt, Design & Engineering modifications, Preliminary Handover, Final Handover among others.

8. Monitoring & Continual Improvement
- Established continual improvement and problem solving through
implementation of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action processes.
- Monthly Quality Reporting was established to monitor site quality
activates and implementation of management systems.
- Established Program Partner engagement initiatives. Monthly Quality Meetings were held to take up various quality issues within the program.

9. Quality & Excellence Week
- Launched various programs and initiatives to enhance employee
engagement levels with quality and improvement activities. ‘Green Riyadh Quality & Excellence Week’ was launched as a result of this initiative. The week included activities like display of posters, distribution of flyers, brainstorming sessions and workshops, quizzes, training, recognition of quality work and award distributions.

- Managed a set of 31 KPIs categorized into Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3
established by the client. Brought down ‘Per Month Average KPI Failures’ from 2.5 to 0.1.
- Proactively managed the resolution of Complaints, Suggestions and
NCRs. Brought down the resolution time to the agreed upon minimum level and streamlined processes for smooth running of the systems.
- Implemented a monthly Audits and Inspections program. Transited from manual inspections to an automated systems using iAuditor.
