Registering all the incoming and the outgoing (internal or external) Documents for the Human Recourse Department in the Transmittal Log sheet.
Preparing all the internal Memos for the Human Recourse Department.
Responsible for all the employees’ requests Document and send them to the Human Recourse Manager for direction & follow it up with them.
Administrative Affairs (Employment certificates, Experience Letters, Bank loans, Renting Houses, Cars ............etc.).
Responsible for preparing & issuing all the employees requests letters send to different authorities such as the labor office or Government sectors, etc.
Vacation (inter them in the system Oracle & Excel) and make sure that the employee has the exact same days as it was requested.

Provides secretarial/ clerical support to HR Manager and as directed and other Human Recourse staff required.

2. Assistant Manager, : Customer Service & Marketing & Public Relation Department:
o Reviewing all inpatient Questionnaires Forms and preparing monthly statistics to evaluate patient's satisfaction.
o Receiving the complaints from the outpatient department, follow up these Complaints with the patients then forward the complaint to the head of the Dep. In charge, then after the complaint is investigated I document it and an answer is reported to the patient.
o Designing Brochures and handouts distributed to patients as educational material.
o Preparing monthly Press Report about KHCC exposure in print and broadcast media for shareholders.
o Arranging and organizing student visits from schools/universities to KHCC
o Preparing, arranging and organizing many exhibitions about the hospital.
o To assist the Marketing / Customer Service Manager in all functions.
