- Work as liaison between Information Technology Department and Admission and Enrollment Department.
- Work as a division member of ERP committee.
- Support the department regarding any exist/new system requirements. Also, systemize any possible business process of Admission and Enrollment.
- Collect information to analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems, and then propose/recommend improvements of existing system.
- Conduct studies pertaining to development of new information systems to meet current and projected needs.
- Identify alternatives for optimizing Admission and Enrollment computer resources and system solutions.
- Document system problems and reports for future references as well as maintaining manuals for updates.
- Manage system curriculum review.
- Manage department-related website information (updates and changes).
- Process request of statistical reports.
- Plan, prepare and coordinate with other departments to implement Admission and Registration Period Plan.

Responsible mainly for conducting research, planning, organizing and managing the information system of Admission and Enrollment. In addition, processing scheduling, registration, and graduation services.
Analyze user requirements and perform a full System Design and Programmer Documentation for (Data Cleansing Tool System).
