• Duties including but not limited to: -
• Front Desk Management includes directing visitors, answering and routing phone calls and managing the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.
• Providing information to clients and visitors with handling customer inquiries and resolving basic issues.
• Scheduling meetings, appointments and coordinating with staff to manage calendars.
• Receiving and sorting mail, deliveries and sending out mail and packages.
• Assisting with filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
In an insurance company, a Customer Service Assistant at the front desk plays a vital role in providing excellent service to clients and ensuring smooth operations.
Duties including but not limited to: -
• Answering inquiries about insurance policies, coverage options, and company services while explaining policy details and procedures to clients.
• Assisting clients with the initiation of insurance claims and processing policy changes and updates as requested by clients.
• Addressing client complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Escalating issues to management or specialized departments when necessary.
• Processing premium payments and providing receipts in addition to answering billing inquiries and resolving payment issues.
• Informing clients about new insurance products, discounts, promotions and distributing informational materials and brochures.
• Scheduling appointments for clients with insurance agents or specialists and managing the calendar and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Document Controller: - Duties including but not limited to: -
• Implemented and managed document control systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Oversaw the creation, distribution, and archiving of documents, maintaining version control.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to facilitate document review and approval processes.
• Provided training to staff on document control procedures and software usage.
