Manage work done by inspectors and surveyors, Make
inspections on site and Study for approval submitted
payments/submitals by the contractor.
-Overall site quality management and control (excavations, roads,
foundations for Wind Turbine Generators, Crane Pads, Substation
and Warehouse).
-Follow up and monitor work schedules and update monthly progress
reports for the client.
King Abdullah Financial District project:
Duties: Responsible mostly for inspection and overall quality assuring of Façade installation works in Parcel 1.08 (A hotel)
Princess Noura University project:
Duties: Responsible of inspection of activities on site (Main Administration Building) and overall site monitoring and quality assuring. Most of the activities where architectural (False ceiling and Gypsum wall, Paint, Marble installation, Façade installation, etc...) beside other activities (Waterproofing, Concreting, etc…)
Being responsible of all works done on site (excavations, dewatering, engineering filling, casting of concrete, insulation and testing.)
And other duties such as material procurement, quantity surveying, making shop drawings and managing the site and workers.
Making quotations, calculations of quantities and cost, prepare
Preliminary designs, Marketing, and other office duties.
Over all inspection and followup with activities on site; Concreting, steel structure, formwork, etc..
