Managing the PMO department and all projects in KSA.

Prepared and published standard PMO templates, deliverables, and managed the PMO processes.

Monitoring and coaching PMO designated staff to run the PMO and perform its duties.
- Implementing the PMO Improvement plans and Roadmap.
- Oversee and manage the entire project cycle, from project approval to project closure and create effective project control for projects.
-Coordinate the integration among all projects.
- Enforce and ensure the full utilization of the PMO framework.
- Participate in establishing PMO team to guide and steer the initiatives
- Day to day Operation, management and maintenance of the project management tool.
- Provide an Executive Performance report on the progress performed throughout the various phases.
-Control projects through predefined communication plans and PMO policies and procedures.
- Providing leadership in projects planning, organizing tasks, resources assignments, work coordination, progress tracking, and the periodic status reports.
Managed PMO department at MATCO, consisting of 10 PM's all over KSA.

•Creating best practices in Design, Configuration and troubleshooting of LAN / WAN network devices (Network Firewall, Proxy Servers, Routers, Switches, Modems…etc.).
•Preparing Annual IT Business plans including IT Projects Plans and Budgeting.
•Managing IT related Operations according to ITIL standards.
•Planning, implementing and Monitoring Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.
•Taking the Responsibility of different IT related Procurement operations like purchase processes, RFP writing, offers and Tenders evaluation, preparing Purchase Orders.
•Administering domain controllers (Active Directory), DNS, DHCP, ISA server, and Exchange server.
•Performing proper Backup policy for the Data center in HUDC.
•Managing and supervising three departments under the IT Directorate.
