I joined the company recently to manage the ERP implementation project, including all steps required for a successful implementation. This role includes leading a team of junior ERP specialists, collecting requirements, setting standards, policies and procedures, and documentation of all requirements. I am also handling relations with vendors who are providing us with business solutions.
Successfully implemented AX 2012 in the role of project manager with high functioning customization and great management satisfaction. I also played a key role in updating company procedures and workflows to follow best practices. I am now working on the implementation of portable bar-code hand held devices to maximize production and better control in supply chain and production reporting results. I am also implementing HR, supply chain automation, master planning and costing and budging.
Worked on numerous ERP implementation projects (AX 4.0 and AX 2009) as part of several teams, helped in all stages of implementation in Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Fixed Assets, Project Management as well as security and technical support.
Worked as an ERP Implementer and team leader using a local ERP product called Profusion, also helped in creating new functionalities, wrote code and created reports.
