Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and issued for construction drawings
Responsible for management of material and human recourses on site
Coordinate with the subcontract for smooth flow of work
Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards
1.Analyze survey Reports, Maps, Drawings to plan project
2.Estimate Quantities and cost of materials, Equipment or labor to determine project feasibility
3.Controlling project expenses in comparison with the BOQ
4.Provide technical advice regarding design, construction
5.Overseeing order and delivering of equipment
6.Resolving problems and ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
7.Supervising all safety guidelines at the site to avoid any unpredicted accident
8.Direct construction, operations, and maintenance interventions at project site
