a- Leadership for more than 350 Workers.
b- Follow up customer requirements and implementation.
c- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
d- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
e- Ensuring that the production's costs are effective.
f- Making sure that products are produced on time and in a good quality.
g- Working out on the human and material resources needed.
h- Drafting a timescale for the job.
i- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
j- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
k- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
l- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
m- Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers.
n- Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
o- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
p- Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
q- Reviewing worker performance.
r- Identifying training needs.
s- Prepare invoices and customer accounts of processors and tools and raw materials production and reviewed with the financial management.
t- Conduct periodic inspections on the quality and extent of compliance with the required specifications of the client.
u- Quality Control.
v- One of the monitoring group occupational health and safety.
w- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
x- Data Entry.
y- Receiving raw goods & managing daily production for it until it reaches the final stage (Ready Goods ready for Exporting)
z- Preparing & Follow up of Production Plans according to Clients demands.
aa- Preparing & Follow up of Production Sheets & Statistics for Raw goods stage & Ready goods stage.
bb- The preparation and implementation of entertainment for workers.
cc- Follow up Worker’s needs & manage their problems to provide the best working mode for them to get the best production.
