• Ministry of Housing project in Al Hinakiyah - Madinah Munawara
Job Responsibilities:
- Working as a consultant site engineer in the province Al Hinakiyah - Madinah Munawara (Site area = 520, 047 m2) at a cost of 132 million riyals and a technical office engineer and responsible for all finishing works at the site and coordination with the civil, electrical, mechanical and infrastructure networks.
- Review and submit all Landscape and architecture shop drawings for the project (and the like) against the drawings & specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.
- Maintain that all the work performed conformed to the technical specifications for the Ministry of Housing and according to the approved material samples (Softscape - Hardscape - Two treatment plants).
- Review architectural blueprints with construction plans for the discovery of any discrepancy between the drawings and avoided before execution.
- Prepare project reports (written and photographic) on progress of the works, quality and technical conformance of the works, safety and other matters.
- Supervise and inspect the site works in progress throughout the day and continually monitor all matters relating to quality, safety and progress of the work.
- Assist the project manager in all project related documents and preparing the daily correspondence.
- Responsibility for coordinating all project activities and monitoring all aspects of project development with the municipality while working in the actually existing main roads and the connection needed, and to follow up to solve the critical issues related to the project.
- Research, establish and document the regulatory and code requirements related to the project.
- Attend technical and progress meetings with the contractor/client's representative.
- Assist Quantity Surveyor in the assessment of contractor’s claims for variation to contract.
• Working as an Architect in the First Gulf Company (FGC) - Riyadh
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, modifications and preparing the shop drawings for many projects:
1- The Rehabilitation Center project - Abha
2-The Cultural center - Buraydah
3- Workers accommodation in Kharj road - Riyadh
4- Water center branch - Al Nammas
5- The Cultural center - Taif
6- Central Laboratory project - Aser
7-Others.
- Working as a contractor site engineer in (The Rehabilitation Center project - Abha), and preparing bill of quantities for the site actual works, also drafting, reviewing, modifications and preparing the shop drawings for the project.
• Working as an Architect in Architectural Consulting House - Cairo - Egypt

- Working as a consultant site engineer in (Americana factory - 6th of October), and Supervision of the finishing works in CIB Bank in (Nile Tower - Giza)
