Create, Develop, Coordinate & Update BIM models clash-free at an advanced level of detailing; Review consultant design drawings; Detect discrepancies and conflicts; Prepare RFI’s for clarification and discrepancies related to the drawings and clashes between different disciplines and suggest alternative solutions; Manage and Produce BIM documentations, shop drawings, details drawings and quantity take-off schedules; Develop and maintain Revit content libraries based on project requirements; Coordinate with technical engineering’s, quantity surveying, structural, MEP departments & site project construction team;Ensure to deliver the project facade as per the conceptual design with the site engineers; Produce proper structural outline and generate 2D & 3D technical details drawings for the facade; Involved in the company design & built projects and creating proposals.

Concept Design drawing sets, technical documentation & digital models using: Revit &AutoCAD; Managing, Coordinating with senior architect, engineers, contractors, revising construction documentation & ensure technical quality of the drawings and specifications. Preparing and presenting design proposals to the company and clients. Preparing specifications for design and finish schedules. Assist the office expert witness at UAE courts in preparing loss estimation reports and engineering court case reports.
Participated in all phases of the design and construction processes on projects of wide-ranging scale, producing drawings and layouts and assisting with clients; Created 3D Digital models & renderings.
Bachelor of Architecture Engineering from Ajman University of Science & Technology (AUST) -UAE
