1. To be part of the Talent Team and take responsibility for the day to day administration
of the department and diary of Group events.

• Facilitate the process of staff recruitment.
• Maintain Vacancy Lists compilation, Compile and screen applications.
• Head-hunting candidates and obtaining CVs for the available vacancy in all levels.
• Screening and CV’s classification.
• Performing HR interviews & tests required for the selection process, Coordinating & attending technical interviews with department’s heads.
• oversee the recruitment filing system, including records on unsuccessful applicants.
• Keep records of all approved staff requisition forms.
• complete pre-employment checks for preferred candidates in a timely manner.
• responsible for the new starter process, including setting up new starters, and ensuring all details are accurately recorded, such as qualifications, reference checks etc.
• Forming and signing new employee’s contracts and job accessions.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Research and recommend new sources for active candidate through recruitment websites, professional networks…etc.
• Coordinate with the relevant department for the submission of the evaluation forms before expiry of the probationary period.
• Responsible for contract’s renewal with coordination with the department’s heads.
• Check if finished hotel orientation and department training.
• Compile monthly head count report for VP-HR and all Divisions.
• Arranges exit interviews for rank & files personnel.

8. To be responsible for inputting and filling the absence, sick leaves, vacations, advices and work mission forms.
9. Prints vacation balance report monthly and sends to Dept Heads.
10. Collects and checks the reviewed vacation balance returned by Dept. Heads.
11. Prints staffs Attendance Record List (from 1st of last month to 30th or 31st of current month) to all Dept Heads.
12. To support the team with general filing to ensure staff personnel files are kept up to date.
13. Participate in “employee of the month”, “department of the month”, “ gust satisfaction survey- GSS” and other events organizing.
14. Create job descriptions and approving them from department’s heads and general manager.
15. responsible for everything related to the summer training program, starting from interviewing students, attendance revision, compensation & certificate of attendance submission..etc.
