I was a representative at the Sirius XM US account. I used to handle customers, manage their concerns and solve their problems. Part of my role as a CSR was to upsell radios and other equipment.
As a Trainee I got to learn about the basic marketing procedures and publicity. I used to manage their social media and their marketing materials and contact marketing companies.
