Managing ARAMCO contract and its variations and prepare vendors’ contract covering all required scope of work and comply with all ARAMCO standards along with studying the market prices based on indicated prices or quotations as a pricing baseline.
Ensure that all vendors’ variation request is compensated from ARAMCO using Change requests.
Also responsible for the understanding, standardization and compliance with all Aramco procedures covering all aspects of Project Controls throughout the Project life, along with the additional responsibility for reviewing / updating CNCEC/Saudi Aramco Cost & Scheduling Manual.
Trouble shooting and recovery plan development in cooperation with project teams and project management. Support to management teams in Integrated Project Planning and schedule development utilizing Primavera P6.8 platforms.
Responsible for interfacing with Senior Management and the development of Project Status Reports, demonstrating confidence levels for live projects meeting planned schedule and cost commitments.
