Bank Al Etihad Branches.

Description:

Seven branches of a local bank in Jordan with new branding and interior design done by Allen International.

Each project consists of specific designs for Banking such as

- Skeleton works.
- Particular scheme for the safe and ATM rooms to ensure security.
- Security solutions covering areas such as CCTV, Intrusion alarm, Access control and Fire Alarm.
- Specific finishing - Bespoke furniture, complex ceilings, gypsum plaster,
natural stone flooring, wall cladding and wood paneling.
- Electrical, telephone, data and sound systems.
- Air-conditioning and ventilation systems installations, including internal
and external blocks. Pluming and drainage.

Duties:

Insuring material needed by the subcontractor is delivered to the site on time.
Following up on subcontractor's activities at site.
Preparing shop drawings for works to be done.
Making sure all works are done in accordance with approved shop drawings.
Resolving problems arising onsite
Preparing daily and weekly reports for works done on site.
Handing over completed activities to the engineer.

Site Engineer at Saudi Oger

Al- Abdali District - Boulevard Project.

Description:

The project consists of:
• Underground: Four parking floors including technical spaces (Approx. 2000 car parks, built up area approx. 110000 m²).
• Construction of 12 separate buildings (approx. 115000 m² built up area) comprising of:
- 4 offices buildings and 8 residential buildings (served apartments)
(4 to 6 typical floors).
- Retail and restaurant area units at ground floor.
- Commercial spaces dedicated for health clubs and restaurants at roof and top of roof terraces.

Duties:

• Following up on subcontractor's activities at site.
• Making sure subcontractors are working in accordance with approved shop drawings.
• Insuring material needed by the subcontractor is delivered to the site.
• Resolving problems arising onsite in coordination with the technical department.
• Checking daily reports for subcontractors.
• Preparing daily reports for works done on spine and gallery areas.
• Handing over completed activities to the engineer.
