Leading Planning, Contracts and Design team to construct ECV-07 package consists of 2.1km via ducts, 1 km cut and cover tunnel, two elevated metro stations.

• Making periodical site visits to trouble shoot the projects by identifying key issues for the progress/budget short fall and Guide the site to overcome the issues within short span of time
• Interaction with Major Subcontractors/Suppliers for a smooth delivery of materials, building up of required resources and proper execution of the work in line with master schedule
• Implementation of Earned Value Management Principles to monitor and control the project performance by using SPI, CPI and TCPI Key Performance Indicators.
• Participating in MIS/Cost Report Review, TFM(The Fortnightly Meetings)/Budget Meetings
• Establishing Resource Loaded Construction Schedule (Level 3/4) in P6.2.1(Primavera Network based software) in line with Client’s requirements
• Establishment of Project Budget & comparing it against tendered prices.
• Controlling Project Costs using Ezware(Time Sheets) and JD Edwards Software(Accounting).
• Development of Level 5 construction schedule in P6.2.1 so as to support construction team requirements
• Three Months Rolling Program for Field Engineering & Procurement and 3 weeks look schedule for site construction team.
• Daily meeting with site construction team for 30 minutes to discuss on the pitfall of lagging behind the scheduled dates
• Daily Progress Reports on (WBS wise)Quantity Basis / Productivity Reports on Weekly/Month basis
• Reviewing of Project 3D Model in Navisworks Manage 2010 for developing construction strategy on Prioritizing UG piping works over Pipe Rack Foundations
• Always checking whether Procurement Request (PR) is within Budget, assignment of cost codes, and required delivery date at site and compliance of project specification and then sign on it. Any variations to quantity and its unit rates shall be alarmed to the top management. Decisions shall be made to the site situations accordingly.

• Analyzing contractual documents and related document, preparing work program, progress reports, subcontractor progress payments, cost controlling, periodical activity reports, preparing and initiating work program follow-ups, and executing these works by being responsible to the Project Manager.
• Drafting subcontract agreements/conditions of sub-contract (general & particular) inline with FIDIC.
• Establishment of site safety rules and regulations
• Active participation/price negotiation in subcontractors selection
• Participation in Client’s technical coordination meeting, Subcontractor’s meeting, Internal management meeting etc.
• When necessary, making revised program according to the data from site technical personnel.
• Evaluating production progress and its expenditures in parallel to the works concerning the project budget. Evaluating these works with accounting data and preparing the Budget.
• Preparing subcontractor progress payments after controlling the current footages of the site technical personnel’s detections, and submitting them for approvals.
• Getting them with the budget and presenting to the Project Manager for approvals.
• Finding deviations from cost and time, if any, reporting these deviations to the Project Manager and proposing possible measures.
• Co-ordination with Project Manager, Consultant’s Resident Engineer, Client’s representative to run the project smoothly.

Main Tasks
· Preparation and submission of weekly notice of planned works to the client.
· Preparation and submission of Three Months Rolling Program(3MRP) for detailed construction activities in Primavera Project Planner(P3) version 3.0.
· Monthly updating of Time, Cost and Resource activities in P3, including merging of design updates received from design consultants based at HTC Essen, Germany.
· Creating, monitoring and controlling of internal working construction schedules based on the overall contractual program for various types of construction activities: pile foundations, mono-pile foundations, flat foundations, pile caps, pier shafts, pier caps / bearing plinths, viaduct superstructures, single span cast-in-situ(CIS) bridges, multiple span cast-in-place(CIP) bridges, combination of CIP and free cantilever construction (FCC) bridges, moving shoring structures (MSS), I-beams structures, Steel Bridges, Framing structures, various support building structures, Cut and Cover Tunnel, Embankments & Abutments, etc.
· Monitoring of box girder production / placement / outfitting works.
· Monitoring of I-Beam fabrication / placement / deck & diaphragm works.
Additional Tasks
· Monitoring Design progress for various stages: Definitive Design, Final Design and Construction Design drawings through custom made VBA Excel programs and the EPLASS system.
· Maintenance of Time Chainage Diagrams prepared in AutoCad R14/2000.
· Production Planning and Monitoring of parapets, cover slabs.
· Leading the Planning and Progress Control Department during the temporary absence/annual vacation of the Department Manager.
• Preparation of baseline schedule, detailed construction schedule, Impact Schedule, Recovery Schedule and Schedule for EOT Claim etc,
•Two weeks and Two months look ahead(C&S, Architectural works),
