• Performing comprehensive on-site inspections to verify adherence to design
specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Preparing clear, accurate, and well-structured technical reports that document
inspection findings, highlight deviations, and track the overall progress of
construction activities.
• Conducting thorough reviews of engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical
documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and full alignment with actual site
conditions.

workmanship quality, preventing recurring issues, and enhancing overall project

• Ensure work carried out on site in accordance with latest approved drawing and specification, construction program, method statements and resolve any technical site related issues.
• Prepare required site reports and submit to Construction Manager in timely manner.
• Coordination of different Subcontractors work and perform regular inspection of work done to ensure compliance with specified requirements, compliance with schedule, ensure sufficient and competent resources are available.
• Overall supervision and coordination of General Foreman and Site Engineers areas of responsibilities and allocation of work areas, manpower, material, equipment etc. Follow-up to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved method statements
• Completing all necessary QA documentation related to work and co-ordinate with Project QA Manager / Engineer for daily site inspections.
• Dealing with all government departments and municipalities.
• Work on the Abu Dhabi City Municipality system and apply for inspections and building completion certificates.
• Maintain at all-time site diary, recording daily site activities and any circumstances that have adverse effect on the Project.
• Ensures that all subordinates and related subcontractors are using all latest approved shop drawings and submittals.
• Coordinates with the site safety officer and implements safety regulations on site.

• Coordinating and following up on the progress of work on site, coordinating between subcontractors and following up on the completion of their work.
• Implementing construction and architectural works according to the plans approved
by the technical office.
• Preparing weekly reports of work requirements on site.
• Completing all necessary QA documentation related to work and co-ordinate with Project QA Manager / Engineer for daily site inspections.
