Responsibilities:

● Review shop drawings for conformance with the contract and ensure information is communicated to Site Engineers & Foremen.
● Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with contract drawings and specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.
● Coordinate inspections with Consultant and authorities as required by the contract.
● Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced by Health Safety Environment Officers and Supervisors.
● Attendance of weekly tool box talk by HSE Officers, to site teams including foreman, site supervisors and site engineers.
● Review of daily progress reports and report directly to the Construction Manager for the progress update.
● Monitor and inspect the daily activities.
● Prepare Monthly Joint Measuring Sheet (JMS), Payment Application to be submit to the consultant.
● Prepare and Evaluate Subcontractor Payment Application.
● Prepare and submit required reports and deliverable to the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
● Attending monthly walk through of site with QA/QC engineer and Manager.

Preparation of Daily Weekly and monthly Progress Reports with the help of Ms Office and forward it to Project Manager.

Quantities of different materials their rates and making their Estimations time periods for completion.

Letters to consultants and municipality for inspections of sites.
