Senior Engineer Responsible for (Wet/Dry, MT) & local roads.

1- Evaluate, select and adopt suitable construction supervision techniques, quality control procedures, and continuous improvement measures
2- Training site stuff for micro tunneling, supervising and monitoring MT progress.
3- Ensure that the requirements of the construction contract are fully met by the contractor.

6- Supervising ROAD construction of a single and dual carriageway road network within proposed corridors of 32m, 24m, 20m, 16m and 12m width corridors, Asphalt, kerbstone, interlock and soft/hard landscape.
7- Assist the SRE in the delivery of contractual obligations and in supervising the team of engineers/inspectors, reporting project progress, quality of the works and any changes in the design/construction
8- Supervise Site Engineers and Works Inspectors
9- Co-ordinate with other departments & authorities (ASHGHAL, KAHRAMAA, UGN, Telecom, MME, etc.) to ensure the relevant project related information are communicated to & Completing Handing over procedures.
10- Ensure all required permits from all governmental agencies are secured and valid and posted on-site prior to commencing works.
11- Adopt a proactive safety policy and safe work practices; ensure that contractor follows high-quality health and safety measures on site.
12- Hold and chair work progress/safety meeting between the Engineer and the Contractor; attend other regular meetings and with Client Executive Management, as necessary.
13- Review Contractor's submittals including materials, method statements, inspection and test plans, inspection requests and requests for information (RFI) and provides timely responses.
14- Review, respond and approve Change Orders and Contractor's Monthly Invoices.
15- Coordinate with all Utilities Stakeholders; obtains material/subcontract approvals by creating necessary correspondence and participates in generating solutions to all technical issues on site.
16- Build strong stakeholder relationships at lead level of communication, influencing people to adopt collaborative mind set to facilitate the delivery of projects within scheduled plan.

17- Attending progress, technical, quality, internal/external audits and preparing minutes of meeting & Client interviews meetings;
18- Reviewing method statements, ITP, shop drawings, maintain and update all project documents and files on a regular basis
19- Preparing letters for different authorities and weekly and monthly reports
20- Initiating surveying system and trackers for progress to improve following up for all utilities including trial pits
