Inside Sales Executive

The role of the Inside Sales Representative is primarily to provide support regarding overall sales efforts, and provide backup support to the Sales team, whilst managing and developing specific accounts can be managed through internal calls and minimal outdoor visits. This will involve liaison and development with both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle sales leads as required internally until further verified technically and commercially
2. Manage and retain small to medium customer accounts through the full sales cycle.
3. Ensure customer inquiries are responded professionally and within the time frame without any delays in response.
4. Assist outside sales personnel with internal sales cycle steps needed
5. Handle customer complaints and resolve any problem with open opportunities
6. Handle purchase order cycle internally with operation department including order verification process
7. Coordinate work with other departments internally to ensure that teams work is complete and up to date
8. Maintain consistent database on CRM for all customers of the team and all opportunities covered by team.

Sales Coordinator & Secretary

Coordination duties:
* Assists the sales team.
* Coordinate between sales team, customer & other company's departments.
* keep in touch with company's customers and serve their needs.
* Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for customers.
* Handle correspondence relating to customers.
* Complete any projects assigned by the Sales Manager including but not limited to weekly and monthly reports, data entry, prospect mailings and any other sales support functions that may arise, as staffing requirements and business evolution dictate.
* Act as a primary customer resource for calls, e-mails, and voice mails when a Sales Team member is not available.
Admin & Secretarial duties:
* Make travel arrangements.
* Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
* File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports and maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
* Prepare proforma invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database.
* Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
* Research, price, and purchase office supplies.
* Attend meetings in order to record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
* Assists the sales team.
