Handling the sales to achieve Fuel segment target in KSA.
Responsible to deliver the companys sales targets in all sales channels - Retail VSM, B2B & Distributers sales - in the Eastern region. Setting the sales targets for the team. Find & Explore the new business opportunities in the region & Manage the branchs warehouse. Responsible for the P. & L. of the branch as a separate BU delivering the profit to the Head Office.
Develop businesses in fleets sector throughout making more deals with big fleet vehicles such as rent car companies, contracting companies & government entities who require vehicles. Support, Guide& Coach sales team. Set the prices/Apply discounts etc.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Achieving & delivering the company’s Industrial sales targets in Lubricants to B2B Customers.
• Set a full target for the sales Team in term of Volume / CM / DSO. Based on the company’s vision & plan for
B2B Channel.
• Manage directly sales team members who are Area Sales Managers (ASM) in Jeddah, Madinah, Tabuk, Abha
& Jezan.
• Develop the business in terms of sales for B2B sector develop the sales force, Teams. Segregate & classify
the suitable customers for each sector or specialty.
• Develop & strengthen the local remote areas. And have a clear target & business plan for each ASM & a plan
for each area and sector potential.
• Business Developing & selling a tall blending products or rebranding products for other lubricants
suppliers.
Lead to deliver & achieve the companys Industrial sales targets in lubricants sector to B2B clients. With a hand of a sales team who are distributed over four territories. Setting the targets as CM & Volume as well. Also, Developing the business & selling tall blending/rebranding to other lubricants suppliers. Used to be also a Governments Contracts Manager & handled all government or militarys tenders related to lubricants.
Delivered the company’s sales targets in B2B sector.
Delivering the companys targets of B2B indirect sales channel through selling to B2B distributers. Develop, create & monitor the distributer organizations structure /Selling process standards to be aligned with Shells distributers standards. Secure & regulate the products pricing. Design the incentive scheme then get it approved by management. Prospect for new potential distributers.
Principal Accountabilities:

• Manage to deliver the company’s targets. Developing the business by adding new customers, improving the
service provided & expands the sales in new regions.
• Presenting a monthly business review to the rest of the partners.
• Managing the sales through a sales team distributed between Jeddah & Riyadh.
• Making new deals for new a manufacturer who wants to deal with a professional distributer in Saudi
Arabia. We are now distributers for: TOTAL, MOBIL, SHELL, SAFRA LUBE, COFRAN & Petromin.
Responsible to deliver the sales targets for Edible oils in B2B, which includes Bulk sales, HORECA & Catering sales. Also develop products or blends based on a customers request if the volumes justifiable for business perspective. Leading a B2B Team in three territories. B2B volume size was more the 25% of the total sales of the company.

• Prospecting new customers with in my area in western region.
• Meeting clients to discuss their needs & issues if any.
• Make offers / Price Quotations, follow up collection & make contracts for new customers.
Prospecting for new potential customers. Delivering B2B target in selling lubricant to industrial customers mainly in power sector. Make price quotation arrange meetings along with the sales manager, follow up payment & make contracts for the new clients.
Fixing & maintaining the Automated Teller Machines (ATM’s) in the sight with machine custodian from the
bank.
• Doing preventive maintenance on daily basis, based on a planned schedule.
• Delivering the other materials needed such as receipt papers, inks & cassettes for banknotes.
