 Providing effective incident and problem resolution using highly automated tools such as remote access, online support and knowledge base systems.
 Providing IT support services and responding rapidly to user requests and logged incidents.
 Provide support to faculty and administrative users includes: Installation, configuration, upgrade, trouble-shooting and provide first-level maintenance of needed hardware, desktop software and applications.
 Providing problem management process across support groups and review, identify and resolve systemic service-related issues.

Update & maintain System.
Follow Up Technicians Via advent software .
- Wire and wireless cameras IP, Installation, configuration, monitoring & backup the system.
- Working in WI FI System, installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting .
