Tasks:
o Preparation and Submission of Tenders/Quotations with detailed Breakdown for all activities.
o Prepare project Budget and share it with the team
o Preparation and Submission of Project Monthly Plan, Resources Plan,
and S-Curve.
o Prepare Procurement Plan in accordance with cash flow study

o Monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of subcontractors invoices and claims and compare it with actual quantities.
o Prepare variation orders, extension of time, prolongation, invoices and claims. (Project: Eight variations in QP District, Covid claim, Abortive work claim)
o Preparation and Submission of Tenders/Quotations with detailed Breakdown for all activities.
o Prepare project Budget and share it with the team
o Prepare weekly/monthly productivity and cost report with
recommendation

o Road & Infrastructure in Doha, Ramada signal - (Qatar Power
Transmission System Expansion-Phase 13 -EHV/HV 66KV cable circuit
between RAK S/S and SALWA ROAD S/S).
o Road & Infrastructure in Doha, Dafna - (Qatar Power Transmission
System Expansion-Phase 13 -EHV/HV 66KV cable circuit between NDA
S/S and WADI AL SAIL S/S).
o Road & Infrastructure in Doha, Mushierieb - (Qatar Power

Calculation).
o Road & Infrastructure in Marian Mix - (MV&LV networks and street
light Shop Drawing, Material Submittals, Method statement, load schedule design and Calculation)
Supervised construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
