Tasks:
o Preparation and Submission of Tenders/Quotations with detailed Breakdown for all activities.
o Prepare project Budget and share it with the team
o Preparation and Submission of Project Monthly Plan, Resources Plan,
and S-Curve.
o Prepare Procurement Plan in accordance with cash flow study
o Monitor project progress and expenses and compare with plan
o Sharing recommendation with the team to optimize project cost and

Prepare detailed Quantity take-off, analyses and estimate for all deliverables involved in assigned scope.
o Handing Over and finalizing Final Measurement Quantity and BOQ to Consultant and PWA (Project: Road Improvement around QP District Worth 200, 000, 000 QAR)
o Monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of subcontractors invoices and claims and compare it with actual quantities.
o Prepare variation orders, extension of time, prolongation, invoices and claims. (Project: Eight variations in QP District, Covid claim, Abortive work claim)
o Preparation and Submission of Tenders/Quotations with detailed Breakdown for all activities.
o Prepare project Budget and share it with the team
o Prepare weekly/monthly productivity and cost report with
recommendation

Transmission System Expansion-Phase 13 -EHV/HV 66KV cable circuit
between RAK S/S and SALWA ROAD S/S).
o Road & Infrastructure in Doha, Dafna - (Qatar Power Transmission
