Responsibilities.

• Development of IT strategic plans and reviewing objectives in coordination with CEO.
• Manage IT department, infrastructure, operations, support, information security, ERP system, and projects.
• Managed IT staff, appraising their performance, and provided ongoing direction, training for developing and
building new skills.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures as well as reviewing it periodically and amend it if necessary.
• Achieve improvements in IT Security by reconstructing IT infrastructure in alignment with the cyber security
standards, ensuring security and smooth operations for all technological functions.

Projects Implemented.

• Managed to implement IT infrastructure for 3 plants in alignment with standards, to manage, and facilitate access to all IT services.
• Managed to implement UTM Firewall Cyberoam to unify threats management.
• Designed and implemented a Disaster Recovery Office (DRO) at an offsite location and developed DRP and BCP to ensure business continuity.
• Apply Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) to detect weaknesses in networks, and systems in order to prevent any future cyber-attacks.
• Leading a team of consultants, and developers to complete a project re-implementation of ERP MS AX-Dynamic.
• Successfully implemented Citrix system project, in order to facilitate the branches around the Kingdom accessing ERP system and other shared services.
• Managed to implement AVAYA IP-Office 500 System, Billing System, and digital FAX to unify communications management in the three plants.
• Provided a comprehensive protection solution through implementing McAfee Endpoint Security, and EPO System to unify security management in the organization.
• Managed to implement Windows Server Update Service (WSUS) to centrally manage patches and security updates for Microsoft operating system and other Microsoft products.

- (IP-PBX) Implement Panasonic IP-PBX TDE200 project, TVM voicemail, and billing system with full central management and control.
- (Integration of Biometric) Integrate and implement the Attendance System with ERP.
