Responsibilities:
• Manage Pre-Contract qualifications shaped in formation, administration, and execution of projects procurement strategy, tendering documentation and overall procurement of contractors and consultants.

• Manage Post-Contract qualifications and Support the preparations and administration of projects contracts documentation and the certification of applications for payment.

• Manage the preparation of projects Bill of Quantity based on design information available.

• Managing and administrating projects contract variations, change orders, claims or disputes.

• Provide input and recommendations for cost engineering requirements relative to project controls, preparing and analyzing comparisons of scope, quantities and cost data between the project forecasts and the budgets.

• Organize, monitor and control project costs and define project needs for cost control in accordance with contractual requirements, objectives and company’s procedures.

• Strengthen the contribution to the company in the areas of zoning regulations, Building Planning permissions, architectural design, LEED, and Site Analysis.

• Overseeing the Architectural aspects of the design development, production of construction documents and specifications. In addition to develop conceptual architectural design drawings, urban planning and 3D rendering.

• Major projects:

1- Public Private Partnership (PPP) Initiative. Bahrain
Role: Quantity Surveyor.
Description: Building more than 4000 housing units for Bahraini nationals in Al Madeena Al Shamaliya and Lawzi as the first PPP project in GCC with the Government of Bahrain represented by the Ministry of Housing. Budget is BD 600 Million.

2- Yasmeenat Saar. Bahrain
Role: Project Manager.
Description: Design and Build 32 Luxury high end villas in a period of 10 months. Villas are to the highest standards and fully equipped with the latest building technologies and contemporary design. Budget is BD 10 Million.

3- Ain Auode Housing Project, Morocco.
Role: Architect.
Description: Building more than 8000 units in south of Rabat, Morocco. In addition to facilities such as schools, mosques, market center, police stations etc). Budget is BD 400 Million.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete process of all fit out work for the bank’s new branches and head offices including the overall design, budget and construction contract, main contractors and sub-contractors works.

• Manage and improve the safety and security to all areas of support services and develop the interior design fit out to floors, walls, and ceiling, fittings, furniture, and security measures to match the global standard and to further enhancement to achieve and demonstrate a superb customer banking experience.

• Manage the complete process of installing, and branding the bank’s ATM locations from start to finish. In addition to liaise with landlords and all departments to operate and oblige the bank’s aspirations.

• Major Projects:

• HSBC headquarter Office. Bahrain
Role: Project Manager
Description: Build one dedicated office space for HSBC, in one of the prime locations in Bahrain, fully equipped with HSBC global requirements and the highest standards to support the company’s operations and growth. Budget was BD 17 Million.

• HSBC Expansion Program. Bahrain
Role: Architect / Project Manager
Description: Build 9 new branches fully fitted with customer services areas, offices, express banking, premier and wealth management areas, vault room, tellers, control room and services in various areas around Bahrain. Budget was BD 7 Million.

Responsibilities:
