Operation manager from Starbucks coffee, restaurants and FMCG
background with over than ten years of managerial experience of working
for multinational companies and manage of more than 60 employees under
my responsibility.
Currently operation manager for Circle K (Egypt) Working closely with the
IT, sales, marketing and support departments to ensure revenue and
customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Supervising and directing employees in their day-to-day tasks.
Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
- Set product pricing for new product releases to meet revenue and
profitability goals.
- Market research and developing the core positioning and
messaging for the product.
- Responsible for proposing an overall budget, delivering monthly
revenue forecasts for both brands.
- Preparing weekly & monthly reports, including staff control, food
control and sales for two brands.
- Communicating with all the supportive departments (Accounts,
maintenance, marketing etc.).
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and
safety for both brands.
- Responsible for the warehouse, inventory recycling process and
stock levels.
- Conduct monthly store audits and utilize audits in performance
management.
- Conduct regular meetings (individual and group) with area team
members to establish goals, review performance and provide
organized communications
- Performance management of team members, including coaching,
recognition, disciplinary action and performance evaluations
Bachelors degree in commerce from Cairo University
