Direct and manage a variety of human resources related programs within his designated Branch in line with Americana CHRD Policies & Procedures and associated objectives and targets and in alignment with the, Branch Management and operations Leaders to ensure that the organization's current and future human resources requirements are met and the employees are recruited, managed, trained, evaluated, and rewarded in accordance with organization's human resources strategy. These programs may include recruitment, training & development, compensation benefits, performance management, organizational development, equal employment, employee health & safety, human resources information system, employee communications and employment relations.

Running a 79 SR million KFC chain achieving 12.4 % growth versus 2012.
Achieved the highest score in CHAMPS Excellence Review formal visits in Jeddah with 86% rate.
Achieved a very high score in CMS visits with 95.6% rate.
Achieved the highest score ever in Chain Manager Assessment center with 89% rate.
Opened 3 KFC remote areas stores(Khamis Msheet - Jezan - Yanbu’ )
Opened 4 KFC stores in Jeddah ( Samer2 - Batargy - Arab Mall - Safa

Start the concept of customer relations in real estate projects ( Al Rehab city - Al Rabwa compound - May Fair compound )
Design all internal processes through the operation cycle.
Design the operation manual for the department.
Initialize the automatic answering service at Al Rehab city.
Build working connection lines with the other departments.

Prepare and execute events calendar for the mall.
Assist in managing sales team.
