1-Study and analysis of Contract Documents and prepare a list of packages 2-Sending RFQ s to vendors/subcontractors, along with tender documents (BOQ, Specs, Drawings) 3-checking received offers, preparing comparison and selection for offers 4-preparing agreement draft and creating purchase order PO after receiving PR from QS. 5-Coordinate and monitor materials selection / compliance made by suppliers / subcontractors during procurement, against schedule. 6-Liaison and coordination with Project Manager / Consultant / Engineer on issues related to materials approval (in Cost Plus projects only) and take necessary actions required for those selections. 7-Technical review of materials selection in coordination with Technical Dep / PM. 8-Follow - up with suppliers / Subcontractors on fabrication, mockup, etc. 9-Off- site Materials Inspection - before shipment. 10-Vendor Management: I excel in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that suppliers adhere to contractual agreements. 11 -Inform the Logistic dep on the readiness of materials for shipping / collection.
12-Follow up on LOGI (Procurement - Logistic tracking file) and weekly distribution to OM/PM/CM
