- Theme park concept:
Executed intense research sessions to help come up with core ideas for the themepark, as well as communicating directly with consultants to better expand out knowledge about which concepts could work. As part of this ideation phase, numerous workshops and brainstorm sessions were required to develop ideas.
- Managed tasks and team deadlines
Coordination between all the teams involved was crucial for a large-scale project to flow flawlessly. Continuous effort along with task allocation using Gant charts were necessary. My job was to ensure all the components fell into place.
- Market research
As Doha is a fresh market for FEC, research was needed in order to understand the markets needs and the gaps, which we were aiming to fill.
- Theme park benchmark research
Researched existing FEC’s in Doha to understand their offerings and to know what we could bring to the market.
- Competitive analysis
To gain a better understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of existing competitors, and to help prevent any major mistakes of our own in the future.
- Procurement process for attractions
Contacted suppliers for major and minor products needed for each individual attraction. Also, ensuring the products were turnkey and customizable to fit the FEC brand and story.
- Corporate/ project video editing
Edited and produced numerous marketing teasers for Business development exposure
- Marketing & content strategy
Helped plan a strategy for marketing prior to project launch
- Business development
Studied the current market of companies in Doha that could be potential partners, and helped come up with ideas and strategies for approach.
