Responsibilities
Works closely with business by demonstrating/accepting new technologies that will enable them to create new products, new channels, cost-cutting and gain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Identifies programs and projects that requires Systems Integration & Development and conduct feasibility study, prototyping, PoC and finally produce risk-reward analysis.

Identify dependencies across projects and manage them as the development proceeds.
Lead Projects communication - visibility and accountability on each project and make sure the communication is clear at all levels of the project and program (team member to executive leadership).

Leading Multimillion-dollar One Portal initiative; a project that will unify dozen of portals across BAJ Group. Using IBM WebSphere Portal / Forms Server / Rules Engine / BMP / AIX / Linux.
Leading the initiative for replacing legacy connection ( screen scraping ) to the Core Banking System ( Misys Equation) by leveraging Misys latest version ( BankFusion ) and connect directly using Java APIs. This allowed us to call the full APIs stack, use transaction ( commit / rollback ) and significantly improve the performance by 20-fold.
Co-Developing Multimillion-dollar SOA / Middleware based on IBM Message Broker, to connect over 160 banking systems in one central core (One of three seniors committee).
Co-Developing Multimillion-dollar Security Architecture System based on IBM Tivoli & WebSEAL.
Responsibilities
Analyze the business requirements, clients’ needs and opportunity cost for a wide range of banking software.
Developed mobile web applications that targeted iPhone, Android and other modern touch devices. Unlike developing using Objective C that targeted only iPhone devices, I used GWT, HTML5 that has the look and feel of a native mobile app, yet it is a cross platform web application.
Functional and technical oversight of multiple software projects developed by external vendors such as IVR and ATM issuance system.
Re-architect the AJC’s award winning share trading application to full OO design, enhanced user experience with modern UI design and used best practice patterns, such as MVC.
Re-architect the back-end and business rules system located in legacy Oracle stored procedure to Java Stored Procedures (JSP).

Successfully the first Android banking app in Saudi Arabia.
