Leveraging with internal stakeholders to understand and set organizational goals and business objectives and map out key marketing and communications requirements to achieve them
• Acting as primary point of contact for all supporting agencies (currently Strategic Communications and Social Media) to ensure consistent briefing, alignment and delivery
• Administering the entire gamut of all collateral and assets, such as Corporate Profile, Spokesperson Bios, Value Proposition Presentations & others and ensuring they are consistently updated in line with company developments
• Providing creative direction and briefing to the internal Multimedia Manager and visual production team (videographer, photographer and graphic designer)
• Planning, organizing and implementing internal & external communication initiatives to enhance corporate image and reputation, build equity in the corporate brand and strengthen employee engagement
• Spearheading all aspects of public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, media interviews, and crisis communications
• Enhancing the company's reputation and brand awareness by executing external events, such as conferences, trade shows, and community engagement programs
• Mentoring a team of communications professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting continuous learning and growth
• Assisting crisis communication and issues management, skilled at managing sensitive and high-pressure situations while maintaining brand integrity

Manage event plans & work closely with other departments to ensure fulfillment of all operational requirements.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers and owning all aspects of the operational/support recruiting
- Defining jobs and specs, sourcing, screening, running the recruiting process, negotiating, and closing offers.
- Developing a pipeline of active and passive candidates for our operations department and sales team.
