• Acting Roles (Project Manager, Operation Manager & NOC Manager).
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and leads the project management team meetings
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
• Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
• Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders.
• Performance reviews and staff development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Fiber to The Home (FTTH) Project, Technical supervision (Maintenance Department at STC).
•Technical support (Control Room), (Maintenance & Installation Department at STC).
•IPTV Project, Technical supervision (Maintenance Department at STC).
•Customer care & quality assurance.
•Troubleshooting & reporting system failures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Visiting the site for documentation and cost estimating of building systems.
• Communicate with engineering staff regarding system layout and drawings.
• Analyze and develop appropriate system concepts and layouts.
• Designing the systems including calculations and cost estimation.
• Responsible for designing layout and analyzing the implementation stage of the systems.
• Analyze and review the technical specifications, drawings and product submittals.
• Ensure the quality services by discussing operation strategies with customers.
• Managing daily activities by coordinating with system technicians.
• Providing training sessions for technicians.
• Monitor telecommunication system logs.
• Conduct root cause analysis of failures.
