For over than 3 years & still, I’m efficaciously managing one of the fastest & biggest WHSE-
OB operations in Qatar for dairy food & beverage products.
I’ve implemented & developed the right procedure & protocols which suits the business
requirement which demonstrated many improvement & helped in achieving the business
targets.
Holding & working on the following roles & responsibilities:
• Manage the overall inventory valued to millions of $ flow of receive, issuance, transferring &
storing.
• Leads & monitor the daily issuance/receiving operations activities for all the FG.
• Leads the inventory controllers those are responsible about all the system
transactions/physical movements.
• Monitor & review the reports to overseeing the daily stock reconciliation “Physical Vs System”.
• Leads & monitor the inventory controllers those are maintaining the reports to regulate the
products according to the shelf-life & ensure applying the FEFO in the issuance.
• Enhance the storage capacity by presented the best solutions for warehousing in line with
workflow & quickness of the operations.
• Manage the inventory inbound/outbound & the logistical activities with 3PL.
• Enhance the loading capacity in the trucks in line with the quickness of the distributions to
maintain the best efficiency.
• Overseeing the daily tasks related to the cleanness & housekeeping in a massive space of
warehouses & the areas related.
• Work out from scratch to prepare & arrange export shipments for the FG products to ensure
that the consignments reach the required destination safely at the lowest possible cost in terms
of the packing & packaging.
• Managing the transportation fleet in a manner revert with the best productivity & efficiency.
• Optimize the performance of the teamwork through the motivations & the appropriate
guidelines.
• Address & resolve the arising problems & complains related to the operations & direct the
responsibilities assignment.
• Work to find the weakness points in the performance of the business & rectifying the issues &
eliminate the reasons/root cause to improve efficiency & productivity.
• Prepare the business reports in relations to the challenges/requirements & escalate it to the
decision makers for the proper actions.

The Golden age! For over than 15 years my career path has grown-up significantly in one of
the initial & largest dairies & juices manufacturing organizations in the middle east, Arabian
gulf & south African region. In KDD gradually I’ve built a solid foundation knowledge in various
fields in supply chains.
In KDD My I’ve earned the title of youngest supervisor in the company history, that workplace
wasn’t only just a place of work, no, KDD was my primer school & college where I’ve learned
& practiced one of important & essential careers in the modern lifetime “Supply Chains”.
