 Responsible for the daily management of the program.  Define the program processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program.  Plan the overall program and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met on time across the various projects.  Manage the risks and issues that might and do arise, as well as take measures to correct them when they occur.  Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies.  Manage and use resources across the various projects.  Manage stakeholders who are involved in the projects.  Make sure deliverables are aligned across the projects.  Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance  Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached  Make Sure each project is delivered on time with the utmost quality  Responsible for managing two programs:  Financial Technology Program: Providing Digital solutions to the Banking Industry:  ECIS : Electronic Check Integrated System, a prototype for UAE Government, designed for their Central Bank to help resolve issues of Paper Checks  Just2Pay : Electronic Payment Gateway for online purchasing using Credit Card or Cash and other payment methods  Custom Applications Program:  Small to Medium customized CRM and ERP applications  E-Commerce Web Sites  Responsible for creating each project plan, phases, deliverables and deadlines and make sure they are followed.  Responsible for the technical analysis and documentation of each project.  Responsible for facilitating work among different departments.

 My Team is responsible for providing production support to Nissan North America NNA. GCS created many BI Solutions for their After Sales Department and Whole Sale Department, in addition to their CRM.  We are responsible of the daily ETL Process; we receive the raw data files from NNA IS team, and we load the data into database and cubes, process the cubes and make them available for querying through the BI Solutions. We have to make sure that all batches run on time and as expected with no failures and we deal with any failure instantly.  We also receive other related data from different vendors, so we load those as well into the different databases.  We are also responsible of making sure that all solutions are up and running.  Besides 24/7 monitoring of the batches and tools, we are responsible of providing 100+ reports and data extracts on monthly basis, so we make sure that each report/extract gets generated and delivered to NNA management on schedule. Sometimes we do implement new small data extracts, so it might require some development.  We are also responsible of the batch tuning process, that’s what we call it, which means that we constantly maintain and update the batch cycle. We also are required to do some development sometimes to jobs and packages to achieve maximum performance.  We are responsible of handling any issues/requests reported on the ticketing system as we provide the first level of support to all tickets.  We also maintain all servers, hardware and network devices.

Electronic Data Interchange Analyst, responsible for automating the transmission of benefits enrollment data from the client’s HR system to the insurance companies in the United States, based on the HIPAA protocol.
 The first step is to analyze the client’s database and system integration, the benefits structures and the specifications of the file type requested by the insurance company.
 The second step is to map the benefit plans according to the structure provided by the insurance company, build the file and send it over to the insurance company.
 The third step is the Testing Phase, we test the transmission and connectivity with the insurance company, and then we test the file structure and make sure it is built correctly, then we begin the data testing.
 The data testing requires a lot of communication with the client and the insurance company to make sure there are no errors in the mapping of the file and that the data in the client’s HR system matches the data in the insurance company’s system.
 Finally, we automate and support the file transmission process.
