 Three AGGREKO Rental generator packages each Cummins generator 400 volt, 1.2 MVA.
 Power substation 400 Volt Siemens switchgears.
 FEAG BLC system, to control and link the switchgears with DCS system.
 BMS & MEG injection unit with HIMA PLC system.
 Condensate stabilization heater & Fuel gas heater powered and controlled by Thyristor control panel.

 Nitrogen/Air compressors unit.

 Participated in Instrumentation team for commissioning and startup of :-
 BPCS (Invensys DCS “FOXBORO”)  ESD & FGS “TRICONEX” system
 Flare automatic ignition system.
 Well site facilities as, RTU, WHCP, Solar cell and earthing systems
 Participated in issuing spare parts proposals for all equipment using SAP program.
 Participated in issuing preventive maintenance plan with tasks descriptions and the relative risk assessment.
 Implemented logic function block on BPCS to operate all pumps, fans and heater in automatic mode.
 Saved +150.000$ by relocated accommodation main distribution panel to a position reduced all power cables lengths, cables joints and saved power.
 Participated in implementation of CMMS system “GMS”
 Currently, Responsible for all troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for all electrical equipment.

 GE Gas turbine “Frame 5, speed Tronic Mark II  Power transformer medium and low voltage
 Emergency diesel generators (MAN&MUZZI)  Medium and low voltage electrical motors.
 FSD&VSD Pump motor control systems.  UPS (GUTTER & BORRI).
 Offshore Navigation aid and Lighting system  Over-head cranes
 Cathodic protection system  Earthing and lightening system
 Switchgears (SACE) maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration protection relays.
 Participated in upgrading of GE gas turbines Frame 5 from speed Tronic Mark II to speed Tronic Mark IVE.
 Participated in the SAT, commissioning and startup of new 22/11 KV power substation to tie in the national grid.
 Participated in the FAT, SAT, startup and commissioning of offshore 11/0.38 KV substation and power transformer.
 Participated in troubleshooting and splicing 11KV submarine cable.
 Participated in installation and startup of cathodic protection system.
 Updated a gas lift fan cooler motor control circuit to overcome permanent fuse burnt problem.
 Updated a R.O. unit electrical cabinet to overcome the repeated unit trip by different alarms.
 Prepared the annual budget proposals with following cost redaction policy.
 Materials spare parts proposals, requisitions, receiving and follow-up faxes.
 CMMS programs (Global Maintenance Solution Program "GMS").
