Roles and responsibilities:
Youssef Allam Group are working in several line of businesses “Digital & Analog Printing solutions, Medical systems, Real state, Paper Manufacturing, etc.
They are the sole agent for several brands, its accessories and consumables.
They are in the process of restructuring the organization, developing their own business process manual and automating their business using ERP / CRM “SAP, MS Dynamics AX and CRM “and HR systems.
My role as a Project Manager and IT Director is to make sure they achieve all these target.

Strategic and Managerial roles

• Developing Information Technology strategy in support of Aboul Fotouh Group’s mission and core objectives.
• Participate in creating, modifying and documenting the Business processes for all departments and the interaction / collaboration between different departments.

• Monitoring and control service and maintenance contracts with the service providers.
• Planning and implementing a Disaster Recovery and Risk Management plan across the company that assures a very minimal down time and no data loss.

• Upgrade the computer systems whenever needed.
• Attended comprehensive training at AED headquarters in Washington DC on how to install, maintain and upgrade to new hardware and software systems.
