Duties & Responsibility

Managing & supervising MEP team, coordination between project engineers with technical support, coordination between subcontractors,
• Verifying contract documents like drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities. Planning for MEP work program for submittals shop drawings, procurement, and site execution.
• Techno-commercial study, comparison between subcontractors/suppliers, assisting procurement & purchase department to proceed with materials procurement.
• Reviewing materials/equipment’s submittals to meet the specifications & budget of the project.
• reviewing shop drawings & Preparation of delay/ weekly / monthly progress reports
• Control and following up day-to-day the execution team to meet the program of work and chasing suppliers.
• Attend regular site progress meetings with Client & Consultant in addition to coordination meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely completion of the works as per the contract drawings and specifications as per program within the budget.
• Familiar with authorities regulations & all the MEP systems such as Electrical, Low currant, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Water Supply, and safety systems.
• Ensure the availability of materials, adequate manpower & tools to complete the project on time & within the budget
• Closely monitor & advise the project team to maintain positive cash flow.
• Ensuring the submission of monthly payment applications on time & getting payments from clients on timely manner.
• Responsible to fix all the payments for Sub-contractors and prepare the monthly payment.
• Responsible to fix efficient plan to optimum utilization of Material and Manpower.
