Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish activities and plans to monitor SH&E activities supporting the overall SH&E Program including, SH&E audits, inspections, reviews, risk assessments and other SH&E assessments.

• Plan and execute a program for SH&E training, motivation and further competency development for site personnel to ensure site SH&E training programs are implemented.
• Promote a SH&E culture which is consistent with IMTHIA leadership ambitions and values and defining and implementing Site Specific SH&E Program and Plans.
• Oversees IMTHIA SH&E policies and procedures and ensures they are maintained and updated in accordance with IMTHIA’ quality and recordkeeping requirements.
• Guide, support and facilitate ownership, implementation and improvement of SH&E requirements including workplace safety, personal safety, asset integrity and management of health, safety and environmental hazards.
