Managed Transmed’s retail food business (NFPC, Pringles, Kellogg’s, Bahlsen, Castania, Walkers, Dr. Oetker, Siblou, and Danone) in Al Ain.  Managed joint business with the following customers: Abu Dhabi Coop, KM Trading, Abela, Al Ain Coop, Choithrams & Spinneys.  Led a team of three account executives, three supervisors and 30 merchandisers.  Allocated the unit’s value target by Brand/Account/Account Executives.  Managed receivables, customer credit terms and invoice collections.  Controlled promotional activity budget by account to ensure maximum ROI.  Negotiated and finalized yearly joint business plans, agreements & key business drivers.
