case management : Assess the clients generally, providing the care, phone triage, problems management, mental health care “, Home assessment & Individual counseling sessions, group counseling sessions, gave psychosocial training with women and children, Educational sessions for more than social &education subject, I create educational session (دورة علمني) inside center to learning read and write for the children more than 9 years old “.
Gave children sporting and social training, work with children and local school in Amman, work in challenger village, and camping trips.
Research assistant about big projects with local companies, phone contact with clients, enter the result research to program in computer, and online systems, marketing researcher, take clients feedback about companies and goods.

Conduct counseling sessions, Case managements, train trainer to give awareness sessions about child rights & abuses and how protect child (sessions for children and for parents), psychosocial support, follow up with cases, evaluate sessions and the trainer, response about referral system in protection department, create forms like (assessments, care plan, follow up form tracking sheet for counseling department), creat new department for counseling & protection cases .
