Generating Net Proceeds of Sales- NPS 1.8 million USD /year.
36 active SKU's-Stock Keeping Units across 5 categories,
320 customers 11 channels (eg.HoReCa, healthcare, educational….etc.)
-Manage sales team of two credit-salesmen and one cash van-salesman. Coordinate maintenance agent team.
- Plan annual sales forecast and provide monthly updated sales forecast along with considering seasonality, launch campaign of new SKU and promotional activities.
- Manage and Negotiate end of year rebate agreements (around 18 agreements/year), branding agreements and vending machines contracts (around 520 contracts/year).
- Propose promotional activities and events calendar and ensure implement the approved.
- Deal and Arrange with advertising agency the branding, promotional activities and events.
- Grow the productivity for every machine and sales in the same customer account.
