Monitor and review all aspects of projects to ensure that the quality of
planning/scheduling effort is in accordance with contract documents and
Client expectations, and ensure management is alerted at the right time.
Responsible for studying all EOTs and Claims (Time and Cost).
Review, monitor, and action submittals including baseline schedule, method
statements, engineering logs, pre-meeting submittals, and other reports.
Identify reasons for the delay and Provide necessary corrective action.
Ensure that the Contractor’s payments are complying with Contractual
payment conditions. In addition, Lead CAPEX development and reviews.
Liaising with other departments at all meetings relative to project operations, to
ensure that information affecting schedule and cost is continually updated.
Identified special circumstances and constraints in order to develop effective
alternatives or solutions and assess related impact.
Kept up with continuous improvement plans by collaborating with state and
county leadership and engineers to determine and stick to best practices in
problem-solving and developing resolutions.

• Organizing and directing the activities of the project control team.
• Monitoring and comparing both schedule and cost reports and relating conclusions such that management control action is alerted at the right time

• Scheduled workforce needs with superintendents and allocated company resources to meet projects requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting of Contractor's conformance with contractual requirements in terms of format, detail level of accuracy of and timeliness of submission. In addition, studying all EOT’s and Claims (time and Cost).

• Spearheaded team of 12 Lead Planning Engineers and Contract Administrators, completing Construction projects.

Reviews Contractors programme, in conjunction with the methods statements, temporary
works and resource deployment.
* Reviews and follows up on all requests and claims for a time extension.
* Provide comments on evaluations.
* Liaises with the Directorate and the Contractors on all matters related to time.
* Enable the Project Manager in arriving at decisions on issues related to the progress of
works.
* Monitors Contractor’s progress according to the consented to contractor’s schedule and
its updated versions and advises the Project Manager of delays.
* Reports in case of any deficiency in planned resources from the programme by verifying the
Contractor’s resources on site.
* Determines causes of delay-if any- and report it with suggested remedial measures.
* Reviews the Contractor’s correspondence on time and cost issues and prepares the
drafts of replies.
* Provides comments on the cash flow provided by the Contractor
* Reviews and follows up on all requests and claims for additional costs.
* Liaises with the Directorate and the Contractors on all matters related to cost.
* Reviews monthly and final payment certificates for approval by the Project Manager.
These will be based on the contractor’s measurements of completed works.
* Periodically updates executed quantities based on actual measurements performed by
the Contractor and produces up-to-date cost of works
* Studies the cost effects of all requested variation orders and time extensions.
* Monitors agreed on variations to keep them to a minimum Prepares and submits periodic
budget reports in the format agreed with the Directorate

To support and implement Company mission, vision and values working with the
Operations Manager to ensure Company’s pre-eminence as premier regional
contractor.
* To ensure project teams are effectively complying with Quality Management
Systems and encourage them to provide ideas for Quality Management
Systems improvements and liase with QA/QC.
* To lead Project teams to achieve customer satisfaction in terms of, time
schedules and cost without compromising Quality, Health, Safety and the
Environment standards.

* To work closely with and develop strong effective relationships with all Service
Departments including acting as a liaison with Project Controls to ensure all
project targets are met.
