Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

• Develop and execute ADNIC Emiratization strategy
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required
• Implement and administer ADNIC Compensation and Benefit plans and provide guidance and interpretation to the employees
• Work closely with the HRIS manager to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
