Supervise the activities of staff in mail receiving, processing, sorting and shipping operations in a timely, cost effective manner, consistent with established operations procedures.
Meet or exceed productivity goals established for mail operations functions.
Establish and maintain positive relationships as needed with customer operational staff.
Assure that operational supplies are on-hand and available at all times.
Provide clients with Quotation, Booking and Pre-arrival follow up.
Maintain or verify records of time, materials, expenditures, and driver activities.

Advise our rates to the customers with the transit for each country.*Compare the invoices we received from DHL with our daily shipments.
* Provide an exceptional customer experience, proactively and re actively, across multiple communication channels, in dealing with potential and actual problem shipments. * Verifies customer requirements and agrees on suitable solution. * Record and complete accurate complaint case files. * Follows up within the agreed times frame until an appropriate response has been received. * Provides timely, complete and professional responses to customers. * Translate some emails & texts related to cargo and send it to the operation department. * Prepares and distributes Customer letters if required.
* Receiving customer calls and complaints and finding suitable solutions therefore, in coordination with the responsible department at Aramex. * Can communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. * Would be an asset to any employer who respects loyalty and responsibility. * Making sure that all telephone calls are answered promptly. * Following up customers by calling them back. * Sending emails to clients answering their enquiries. * Demonstrating empathy and understanding when talking to customers.
